Paul is a transformational leader and well rounded individual. He currently serves as the Community Relations Representative for Securityplus Federal Credit Union. Through his current role, Paul equips individuals with the tools to positively change their financial future. While doing so, he also partners with businesses and community groups to foster a better community.
His passion to help people started during his work through his own business venture. Paul helps start up businesses and non-profits to grow their online presence through his firm as CEO of Farrell Communications, LLC. Creating dynamic websites, social media graphics, and producing/managing virtual event experiences for his clients.
Paul formerly served as the Administrative Assistant (Events Planning) for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and as the Lead Graphic & Web Designer for NIW Design, LLC based out of Laurel, MD. He also has a background in the rental car industry through his role as a Management Trainee for Enterprise Rent-A-Car for nearly two years.
As a recent college graduate, Paul served through a number of leadership roles as a Resident Assistant, Athletic Equipment Coordinator, SGA senator, President of Cru, Admissions Fellow and Manager for over 7 collegiate teams. Paul's leadership earned his induction into a social impact national honors society granted by his faculty and peers , a prestigious commencement award and a faculty student board position at Stevenson University (SU).
